BEST tongue jack on the market. Very smart design in that it can operate directly from the tow vehicle, eliminating the need for an on board trailer battery. Mounts easily in the exact same hole it came out of. I would recommend this jack to anyone who hates manually having to raise or lower the tongue for towing or disconnect. - TD
Received as a Christmas gift from my wife (2017) so didn't get it installed until the Spring. It was an incredibly simple and straight-forward installation that took maybe 10 minutes, start to finish. First use occurred on Memorial Day weekend for a camping trip. It was a pure joy to use and was very appreciated. However, upon returning home the jack just stopped working, after unhitching the trailer at home. The motor would turn on, but it wouldn't raise/lower at all. I contacted Ultra-Fab and was shipped out (overnight) a replacement jack immediately. Great customer service and the new one is working great. Thanks Ultra-Fab - highly recommended. - DC
This was the simplest upgrade I have ever made to anything! I like the speed since it keeps you from making a move that might damage something. Noisy? Not really. Who's listening anyway? Well worth the cost and after a few months of use I will order 4 more of these for my other job trailers. Great and simple product and I love the attached 7-way cord and plug. - Jimmy Jeep
The jack was fully assembled and ready to install, right out of the box. The most time spent was in gathering sockets for the three mounting bolts and breaking the old ones free to remove the hand-crank jack being replaced. Ten (10) minutes and ready to go. No wiring to do, just plug into my tow vehicle while hitching up. - TD
