Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note:

We do not ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if significant delays occur.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination but typically range from:

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays (weather, peak seasons, service interruptions) are outside our control. Ultra-Fab is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

A copy of the receipt or invoice
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it.
Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Ultra-Fab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
