Ultra-Fab Return Policy (14 Days)

At Ultra-Fab, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging (when applicable)

  • Returned with all included accessories and parts

  • Accompanied by a copy of the receipt or order invoice

Items returned without proof of purchase may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Customized or special-order items (if applicable — delete if not relevant)

How to Start a Return

Include your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Copy of your receipt/invoice

We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number

  • A copy of your invoice/receipt

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
