Very good product. I have a toy hauler with the deck on the tongue, we usually have two 4 wheelers on it, hand cranking got old quick. ... Quick easy install, with me watching my 13 year daughter installed it in 20 minutes. - RF

This was a replacement for a power jack that died while on vacation. I could raise the old jack but it would not lower without resorting to manual operation. The new jack fit the pre-drilled holes and was an easy installation. - Zelm
Great product. The customer service is phenomenal. I've had it over a year and the housing developed a large crack. Looks like impact damage. But, I can not figure out how that could have happened. My tailgate is too short to hit it. Anyway. I reached out to the company & although it did not appear to be a defect. They immediately sent me a new housing and switch for no charge. Used it for the first time this weekend after having it for a week was thrilled with the performance it lifted my trailer up it was so much easier than cranking all the time I highly recommend anybody purchase this and put on their trailer to make life easier - David
