We have a 4500 tongue jack we purchased at least 5 years ago. I love it, it works great, until recently. I called the factory to inquire about the issue and to inquire about parts. I spoke with Randy. After surmising that they no longer made that model, and therefore did not have replacement parts, without hesitation Randy stated that they will send me a replacement unit, he said that their product should never fail. Randy took all my info, then I asked if I could at least pay for shipping, Randy hesitated then said alright. I can't help but have tremendous admiration for how they stand behind their product's. From now on I will go out of my way to purchase Ultr-Fab products every chance I get. - TS
